WE’RE NOT YOUR TRADITIONAL LAW FIRM
Legal Services are expensive and our team understands the comfort of certainty in pricing rather than incurring the undeterminable costs associated with hourly fees. Therefore, in order to provide our clients with the comfort of cost certainty, we have developed a three-tiered fixed fee package pricing system, with each package including a different bundle of documents to suit your individual needs.
After reviewing your estate planning questionnaire and during your telephonic consultation, your attorney will make recommendations concerning which package will best fit your estate planning needs and goals.
Bronze Plan
The Bronze Plan consists of a simple Will, Memorandum for Distribution of Tangible Personal Property, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Directive and HIPAA Waiver and Authorization.
This plan is well suited for individuals or couples with modest assets, grown or no children.
The Bronze Plan is great for the average household, prepared to conform to your individual circumstances and covers the basic estate planning needs.
Silver Plan
The Silver Plan consists of a Last Will and Testament with a Testamentary Trust (for minor children), Memorandum for Distribution of Tangible Personal Property, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Directive and HIPAA Waiver and Authorization. Additionally, the Silver Plan includes a Schedule of Major Assets, List of Key Advisors and an Emergency Contact card to be carried in your wallet for use during a disabling health care event.
This plan is well suited for individuals or couples with young children or disabled beneficiaries.
The Silver Plan is great for the average family, prepared to conform to your individual needs while achieving your long term goals for your family members and loved ones.
Gold Plan
The Gold Package includes: a Revocable Living Trust; Pour-Over Will(s), Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Directive and HIPAA Waiver and Authorization. Additionally, the Gold Plan includes a Schedule of Major Assets, List of Key Advisors, an Emergency Contact card for use in case of a disabling health care event, Certificate of Trust, Assignment of Personal Property, sample letters to accomplish trust funding and Community Property Agreement if applicable.
While other internet services may assist you in the creation of a Revocable Living Trust, they fail to inform their clients that without “re-titling” all allowable assets into the trust, your trust will be considered empty, of minimal value and not be maximizing the benefits of a trust-based estate plan. Therefore, at Alaska Estate Plans, we provide you with the tools and letters necessary to complete the trust funding process, thus resulting in a comprehensive trust based plan aimed at a seamless transition between you, your loved ones and the generations to come.
All of our estate plans include a telephonic consultation and consideration will be given to:
The wishes and desires of the individual(s)
The planning objectives the client(s) have for his or her property and family, including any desire for asset protection planning for the inheritance that is being passed on to children or other heirs
Disabled beneficiaries or those suffering from a disability due to minority or substance abuse
Building flexibility into the living trust to handle potential tax consequences
If the individual(s) have minor children, any special or custom planning that is desired for any minor beneficiaries
